RETURN POLICY
EFFECTIVE DATE 9/1/2023
We appreciate your choice of BODEGA WORLD MUSIC LLC for everything music.
ARTIST BOOKINGS: A deposit of 50% of the performance fee is required to reserve the date of the performance. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% Balance will be paid no later than the day of the event.
STANDARD RATES FOR SERVICES- |ARTIST BOOKINGS-$5000 | SONG PRODUCTION- $1000 | AUDIO MIXING AND MASTERING-$600 | VIDEO PRODUCTION-$3000 | VIDEO EDITING-$500.00
In the event that the artist cannot perform the scheduled services due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, if a new date cannot be agreed upon by both parties, and a replacement artist, the deposit will be refunded in full to the client within 14 days. The client will be notified of the cancellation before the event as soon as possible.
To guarantee a seamless service, please carefully review our return policy before making a purchase. Your transaction with us implies your acceptance of the terms outlined above. Please be informed once a purchase is made, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in the rare cases where you receive a service defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part. If such an issue arises, kindly contact our customer support team within 14 days business days of receiving your order, providing your order number, and explaining the problem.
